Come join us!  Laterals Candidates: 3+ years of law enforcement experience are eligible up to $41.21/hour at time of hire, with a minimum of 40 hours of vacation and sick leave front loaded. Both are negotiable! Field Training may be adjusted for experience candidates. Minimum Requirements: MN POST Board License or eligible to be licensed by June 1, 2024; possess a two-year degree in Law Enforcement, Criminal Justice, or related field, and have a valid MN Class D driver's license.
