Job Summary
Will be responsible for performing routine accounts receivable related work and general office duties to include maintaining utility accounts. Will perform financial related work and analysis when required and provide accurate information and professional assistance to customers.  Will research, document, and resolve customer account problems and inquiries on a daily basis. This position is also tasked to analyze customer accounts and reports.

Minimum Qualifications

A high school diploma or GED equivalent
A minimum of one year experience in banking, as a finance clerk, or a similar position in a related field is required as well as a background in customer service
Must be able to accurately type 40 WPM as well as 10-key 7,000 KPH
