The City of Raytown is searching for a Neighborhood Services Specialist I ($14.86-21.55/hr).  This is a newly approved position in the Community Development department. 

This person will work with business owners, citizens and others to ensure compliance with all assigned animal, health, nuisance, property maintenance, building and zoning codes, regulations and ordinances adopted by the City.  High school diploma/equivalent required.  Excellent communication skills and effective interaction with the public is essential.  Certification in animal control or codes is helpful but not required.  Must have a valid driver’s license, good driving record and be able to pass background check.
