Description | Under general supervision, performs customer service and clerical duties in the processing of permits and license applications within the Placemaking Division. Essential Job Functions: •Answers telephone calls and provides assistance to callers. •Coordinates and sets up meetings, as assigned. •Receives, processes, coordinates and routes all placemaking projects. •Provides support for the Permitting and Licensing Division as needed. •Establishes and manages accounts for new projects as assigned. •Completes and mails correspondence. •Scans plans and drawings as needed. •Files correspondence and pertinent documents. •Notarizes and posts legal documents. •Provides utility customer service; receives and records utility payments; process new accounts. •Performs other duties as assigned. Minimum Education and Experience: Requires a High School Diploma or GED equivalent, supplemented by one to two years of related experience; or an equivalent combination of education, training and experience that provides the required knowledge, skills and abilities. Possession of or ability to readily obtain a valid Driver's License issued by the State of Oklahoma for the type of vehicle or equipment operated. |
