HUMAN RESOURCES DIRECTOR

Under the direct supervision of the Town Manager, the Human Resources Director will oversee the administration of all human resource-related operations, programs, and policies.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

Bachelor’s degree from a regionally accredited college or university in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or related field required; Five (5) year(s) of progressively responsible management, leadership, and supervisory experience in human resources, administration, personnel management, or related field required; Comparable combination(s) of training and experience may be considered at the discretion of the Town Manager.
