Under general supervision, this position manages and supervises the Water Production, Water Transmission and Surface Water Treatment Departments in such a manner that ensures potable water complies with all state and federal rules and regulations while meeting customer needs and the goals of the City of Amarillo. Duties include planning, detecting, coordinating and evaluating activities involving the operation, management, facilities, staffing and treatment methods.
