Duties include performing carpentry, electrical, masonry and plumbing work and other building maintenance repairs; assisting with room, exhibit and equipment set-up and breakdown; and cleaning and maintaining exterior fountains, pools and sculptures as needed. A high school diploma or equivalent and two years experience in construction or mechanical maintenance are required. Must have, or be able to obtain, a valid Class C Texas driver’s license. Hours may vary; must be able to respond to after-hours service calls concerning building maintenance emergencies.
