Description | Fleet Asset Coordinator Summary: The primary responsibility of this position will be for the maintenance of current asset data and collection of new asset information. This position will also supervise the work of assigned employees. Scope of Responsibility: Handles confidential information with appropriate discretion; including administrative and financial details for the director of the department. Essential duties and responsibilities may include, but are not limited to, the following:
Education, Training and Experience Guidelines: High School Diploma or GED is required. Six (6) years of working experience in finance, project management, budget coordination, and rental rate preparation is required. Must have AssetWorks software experience. Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
License and certification requirements: Must possess a valid Texas State Driver's License. Must be a certified Notary for the State of Texas.
