Description Under limited supervision, performs a variety of tasks as the City's Floodplain Administrator, Stormwater Quality Manager and Stormwater Code Enforcement Officer. Essential Job Functions: •Serves as the Floodplain Administrator. •Manages the Stormwater Quality Program. •Acts as the Stormwater Code Enforcement Officer. •Performs stormwater field investigations. •Participates in the Regional Detention Management Program. •Identifies, responds to and makes recommendations regarding environmental issues. •Provides stormwater service charge maintenance support. •Manages stormwater design and related project administration. •Performs other duties as assigned. Minimum Education and Experience: Requires a Bachelor's Degree in a course of study related to the occupational field, supplemented by three to five years of related experience; or an equivalent combination of education, training and experience that provides the required knowledge, skills and abilities.
