Job Summary

Using advanced skills and broad knowledge, perform duties to support applications and / or solutions to facilitate fulfillment of business needs to include: requirements, determination, option evaluation, design, implementation, testing, user training and support.  

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

•Responsible for field support issues regarding Financial, Payroll, HR, Utilities and Municipal Court in support of HTE applications.  

•Conduct business process engineering for user departments to improve functional programs and improve business processes.  

•Provide detailed data analysis, data extraction and maintain data and interfaces.  

•Develop reports, design forms, interfaces and documentation.  

•Web Interface development and support.  

•Testing and debugging programs. 

•Assist in implementing applications, patches and upgrades. 
Minimum Qualifications

Associate’s Degree in Applied Science, Computer Science or related field
Minimum four years of experience in computer programming, software, application support and business analysis. (One year of experience in a computer programming environment may be considered as a substitution for each year of College).
Valid driver's license
