Mon. – Fri. 8:00am-5:00pm

JOB SUMMARY:

Assists staff in performing the daily business of the Building Services Division.  The position involves extensive telephone and public contact with citizens, staff, builders, developers, contractors, and businesses explaining procedures for acquiring permits, receiving payment for permits, and assisting customers with requests for information. The incumbent has a major role in projecting a positive public image of the Building Services Division.
