SGR seeks a Human Resources Generalist who is excited about becoming a contributing member of our exceptional and diverse team.  The Human Resources Generalist will be part of an exciting new business product offered by SGR called SGR Partner Services. The City of Fate, Texas, has engaged SGR Partner Services to perform all human resource functions for the City.  SGR Partner Services staff will work on-site and be embedded in the City of Fate workforce.  The Human Resources Generalist will work full-time on-site and report to the HR Leader who will be on-site on a part-time basis. In a manner that promotes a service-oriented culture, the Human Resources Generalist will be the front-line contact for employees, applicants, and vendors.

The chosen candidate should have an associate's degree in human resources management or a related field, and a minimum of two to three years of related experience. A bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university is preferred.

Proficiency in the use of computer software programs including Microsoft Office Suite and Gmail is essential. Experience with Incode or NeoGov application software is highly desired, and knowledge of municipal operations is a plus.

The new Human Resources Generalist should have demonstrated experience in providing exceptional customer service, problem-solving, and meeting deadlines.
