Human Resources Director

Fulltime regular, exempt position that will be responsible to initiate, implement, enforce, and interpret policies and procedures as they relate to areas of Human Resources and which include recruitment, selection, employment practices, record keeping, benefits, organizational development, labor relations, and limited worker's compensation. Bachelor's degree in Business or Public Administration, Human Resources, or related field PLUS seven (7) years progressively responsible human resources related experience in a government environment. Four (4) years of qualifying experience must be in an administrative role. Valid driver's license will be required.

SALARY: $89,896.40 - $134,844.60 / Annually OPENING DATE: 06/14/19 CLOSING DATE: 07/15/19 11:59 PM
