Description | The City of Cedar Park is currently seeking qualified applicants for the position of a Technical Support/Help Desk Specialist to provide high quality customer service to the Police Department and Municipal Court.
Acceptable Experience, Training, Certifications and Licenses High School Diploma or its equivalent, plus two (2) years of related experience; Supplemental Information Microsoft Certified Technology Specialist (MCTS), Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA), A+ Certification, and Microsoft Certified IT Professional (MCITP) Windows Client, preferred. |
