BRIEF DESCRIPTION:

This position provides support for the Safety Officer.  The Safety Assistant position will be primary point of contact for Safety, maintain and track all training files, process paperwork related to vehicle and employee accidents, employee notifications, AED inventory/upgrade status, assist in scheduling training classes and, general clerical work necessary to revise policy and procedures from data provided, order safety supplies.  Must keep information confidential in accordance with HIPAA regulations. Employee will work with large databases and develop reports. Employee must perform all duties with minimal supervision.  Employee may be required to work irregular hours, attend job-related meetings, and perform other duties as assigned.
