Are you a nature enthusiast? Do you enjoy developing classroom and outdoor curriculum? The City of Southlake is searching for a customer focused team player who is passionate about providing world class customer service for the Bob Jones Nature Center. This position is responsible for overall program development and implementation of our city-wide outdoor experience programs. This includes coordinating the operations of a four day week preschool program and a full summer camp program. Responsibilities also include outdoor requests to schools, daycares, scouts, and other entities, contract program management, and in-house program development. This is accomplished by coordinating, planning, promoting, implementing and leading day to day aspects of outdoor programs which include interacting with citizens, volunteers, City officials, employees, and the general public. Other duties will include performing administrative and technical tasks, executing long range program goals, and providing support in a manager on duty capacity to the city's Recreation Facility.
