This position is the front face of the city’s seasonal water parks, with duties to include greeting guests at the entrance gate; handling admissions and cashier duties; responding to and resolving difficult customer interactions; and answering questions and providing city pool-specific policies and information to patrons while maintaining a positive attitude.  Must be at least sixteen (16) years of age to be hired.
