The Transportation Department of the North Central Texas Council of Governments (NCTCOG) is seeking an Intern to support fiscal monitoring of transportation projects by creating invoices, recording metadata, completing data entry, creating documentation, and assessing outstanding actions. This position seeks a detail-oriented and process-minded student, with the ability to organize documentation, research previous actions, conduct financial analysis, and implement action plans. The individual in this position will gain hands-on experience learning essential skills and knowledge of new information systems and be a part of a supportive environment where your ideas are valued, and your growth is encouraged. The planning area for transportation includes the 12 counties of Collin, Dallas, Denton, Ellis, Hood, Hunt, Johnson, Kaufman, Parker, Rockwall, Tarrant, and Wise.
